  Both formats use large, organic leaves, but adapt to different needs. Loose tea is ideal for preparing more personalized infusions, while pyramid teas offer convenience and speed without sacrificing quality. The choice depends on the type of service you offer at your business.

• How does shipping work?

  Once we receive your order, we prepare and ship it within 24 to 48 hours. If the amount is less than €50, we apply a flat rate of €4.90. For orders over €50, shipping is free. We work with GLS as our logistics partner for deliveries in Spain and Portugal, guaranteeing speed and reliability.

• How does payment work?

  We accept prepayment* for all orders. We accept bank transfer, all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other methods. Once payment is received, we ship your order for immediate processing.

  *For large clients or select chains, we can negotiate payment terms tailored to your needs.

• Are there any discounts?
