Ingredients:
- Coconut milk.
- Chia seeds.
- Lemon.
- 1/4 cup Mango (can be frozen)
- 1/4 cup blueberries (can be frozen)
Preparation of Chia Pudding with Detox Fruits
In a bowl, add the coconut milk. You can use as much or as little as you like. For every cup of coconut milk, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of chia seeds. Mix and refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight.
Before assembling the dessert, blend the thawed blueberries and mango with a squeeze of lemon. Simply add a little of the chia mixture and a little of the fruit mixture to the individual clear containers, then add the chia mixture and fruit mixture again. The presentation and flavor are incredible.
