History of Lady or Earl Grey Blue Tea
This type of tea was named after Mary Elizabeth Grey, wife of Prime Minister Charles Grey (1830-1834), who had previously given her name to Earl Grey tea.
The origins of Lady Grey date back to the early 1990s, when the British tea house Twinings had already created various blends for tea drinkers, but Earl Grey was too strong in flavor. This original blend contains, in addition to black tea , bitter orange peel (3%), lemon (3%), bergamot oil, and, to give this blend a more pleasant flavor, cornflower. As is customary in British tea culture, even "Lady Grey" is added, and occasionally a little milk to soften the flavor.

Preparation of Lady Grey or Earl Grey Blue Tea
To prepare it, place one heaped teaspoon of Blue Earl Grey or Lady Grey tea per person in a hot pot and then add almost boiling water. Let it steep for 4 to 5 minutes.
