Preparation of Chun Mee Green Tea

If you want to prepare the best Chun Mee green tea, you should avoid using hard water (lime water). Ideally, the water should be filtered through a water filter, otherwise, the Chun Mee tea can quickly turn cloudy and have a slightly bitter taste until it cools. To avoid this risk, Chun Mee tea should be prepared with filtered water.

A liter of tea requires approximately 12 grams of tea leaves to achieve the perfect flavor. For infusion, the water should be at a temperature of 80°C; hotter water is not recommended, as the flavor will be lost.
